I figured that even though I don't really like PokeMon anymore, I might as well make a fan character from the new gen. He's my second fav. fan character created by me. To me, Luxio looks like the kind of Pokemon that has a super power involving the eye. I haven't thought what it is but Saccade has one. Saccade is pretty much a loner, he doesn't like to socialize and prefers to stay were no one can see him. Saccade has his own goal in life but wants to accomplish it on his own. He is just as fast and powerful as Static and their views on each other is a great rival, much like Sonic and Shadow (they even kinda look alike don't they?) (c) :icontrocoolguy:

Actually, they kinda do. Well, not Luxio, but Luxray, it's third and final evolution, has an ability according to the PokeDex regarding it's eyes. It's eyesight is so good it can apparently see through walls with it's golden eyes, making it's opponents/prey very difficult to hide away from it, or so says the pokedex, and in this other thing that I have.

*Shrugs* I suppose. My friend, who goes by "Dragon," used to absolutely love Pokemon. Nowadays, not so much. She doesn't pay attention to them anymore, but she still kinda likes some of them, and she'd point them out on my folder. XDDD;;; She'd say "Oh, that's that egg-shape Pokemon, right? I kinda forgot it's name. Was it like.... 'Togepi,' or something?" But like, that only rarely, like when she's bored and happens to look at my folder. *Shrugs*
