I figured that even though I don't really like PokeMon anymore, I might as well make a fan character from the new gen. He's my second fav. fan character created by me. To me, Luxio looks like the kind of Pokemon that has a super power involving the eye. I haven't thought what it is but Saccade has one. Saccade is pretty much a loner, he doesn't like to socialize and prefers to stay were no one can see him. Saccade has his own goal in life but wants to accomplish it on his own. He is just as fast and powerful as Static and their views on each other is a great rival, much like Sonic and Shadow (they even kinda look alike don't they?) (c)
